Head of Disney studios Aviv accepts Mel's apology

Amid a storm of Anti-Mel vitriol, the head of Disney studios Oren Aviv has accepted Mel Gibson's apology: "I've worked with Mel on several films over the years and we have a great relationship. We all make mistakes and I've accepted his apology to what was a regrettable situation. I wish him the very best on his path to healing." Hopefully this will put to rest any fears that Apocalypto could be cancelled or postponed.
